Essential Oil - a volatile oil that imparts a characteristic odour to a plant and is used in perfumes and flavourings.

Health Farm - residential establishment that provides treatments and regimes for people wishing to improve their health.

Massage - the kneading, rubbing, etc of the body in order to relieve aches, give relaxation etc.

Reflexology - a therapy used in alternative medicine that involves massaging the nerve endings in the feet to relieve tension or to treat disorders in specific parts of the body.

Stress - mental or emotional tension; strain.
